New Construction Roofing
On-schedule roof installation for new-build homes across Westfield, Whitestown, Lebanon, and the rest of North Indy's growth corridor.
Built to the construction schedule, not around it
New construction roofing runs on a tighter, more interdependent timeline than a replacement project — framers, electricians, and inspectors are all waiting on the roof to close in before their own work can proceed. We build our crews' schedules around builder timelines specifically, because a roof delay on new construction has a ripple effect the rest of the project feels.
We work directly with builders and general contractors across the growth corridor running through Westfield, Whitestown, and Lebanon, as well as with individual homeowners managing a custom build themselves. Either way, we install to the specified manufacturer system for full warranty coverage — underlayment, flashing, and ventilation done to spec, not just shingles nailed down fast.
Why builders bring us onto a project
- Crews sized and scheduled to keep pace with builder timelines, including multi-lot developments
- Manufacturer-spec installation for full warranty eligibility, documented at closeout
- Direct communication with site superintendents, not just a single office contact
- Experience with HOA-reviewed exterior specs in master-planned Hamilton and Boone County communities

Working inside HOA and municipal review
Much of North Indy's new construction sits inside master-planned communities with architectural review boards governing roof material, color, and pitch before a permit is even pulled. We're familiar with the review process in the communities we build in most often and can install to an approved spec without back-and-forth delays.
New-construction roofs also carry both a builder warranty and a separate manufacturer material warranty, and the two don't always cover the same things. We register the manufacturer warranty properly at closeout so the homeowner has documentation on hand from day one, not something they have to track down years later.
